For years, Healthy Hearing Now has been committed to providing unsurpassed hearing health care and exceptional customer service to our patients, their families and the communities we serve. Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our patients and our employees is built into our DNA.
Regarding the ongoing spread of COVID-19, we are monitoring the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and are actively following the guidelines of local, state and federal health officials.
As part of our family, we also want to assure you of the measures we are taking inside our office to establish a safe and clean environment to provide your hearing care needs. Some of these measures include:
Increasing proper cleaning and sanitization practices of common surfaces and hearing care rooms between each patient and throughout the day.
Requiring our team members stay home if they are not feeling well and remain at home until cleared by a medical professional.
Adjusting schedules to create additional buffer times in between appointments, helping reduce patient-to-patient contact and allowing time for disinfecting procedures.
